MOJITO PROJECT nasce da una idea di Aiello Carlo in arte Charlie B., dj di ventennale esperienza esercitata in molti locali di prestigio sparsi dal nord al centro italia e componente insieme a Miky (anche lui abile e noto DJ del nord Italia) dell’Antiquastudio di Casteggio (PV) che produce musica dance e non solo da parecchi anni, il quale una sera trovandosi nella scuola di Matteo Ferrari (Rianimazione Latina di Alessandria) dove sua moglie prendeva lezione di bachata, decise insieme al maestro che poteva essere una bella idea quella di formare un team per poter avvicinarsi con qualche produzione anche al grande mondo della musica latino americana. Cosi deciso, coinvolse un’altro affermato dj dell’ambiente (Marco ferretti), che in quel periodo lavorava il martedi sera in un locale dove lui ogni tanto si recava. Con questa collaborazione i 4 dj formarono Il Team dei Mojito Project e dalla loro esperienza sia come dj che come produttori discografici, cominciò a prendere forma l'idea di realizzare presso lo studio di Charlie e Miky la prima bachata dal titolo “Te quedas..te vas”,ovviamente avevano bisogno anche di una voce che fosse all'altezza della situazione, da qui nasce tramite Ferretti che conosceva gia vari personaggi del settore, la collaborazione con il cantante di origine cubana Romy (Romano Splinter Rojas) e con il secondo singolo anche di Johnny Hernandez noto animatore della citta di Torino. Dopo qualche settimana di duro lavoro, il team cominciò a far girare il provino avvalendosi del supporto di Graziano Boggiani (proprietario anche della famosa scuola D&G di Biella che dopo qualche settimana, inaspettatamente raccolse subito moltissimi apprezzamenti e pareri positivi da vari personaggi e dj del settore. Fu cosi che cominciò la loro avventura nell'ambito della musica latina arrivando fino ad oggi con 4 singoli già prodotti e che saranno inclusi nel loro primo album che vedrà la luce molto presto.
